Intelligent workflows

Hi, I am Muhammad Khizar
AI automation engineer. I design agents, pipelines, and internal tools that take repetitive work out of growing businesses — quietly, and for good.
01 — Selected work
Typical systems I build. Client names stay private until I have permission to publish them here.
02 — Services
I don’t sell tools. I design the path from a messy process to a system your team can trust on a Monday morning.
Multi-step automations across the tools you already use — with clear ownership, retries, and a paper trail.
Assistants that read context, take bounded actions, and know when to hand off to a person.
APIs, CRMs, inboxes, and internal databases connected so data stops living in five places.
Lightweight interfaces for the work the spreadsheet can no longer hold — simple, documented, yours.
03 — Process
We walk the current process until the waste is obvious.
A system sketch: triggers, decisions, humans in the loop.
Agents, workflows, and connections — tested on real work.
Docs, runbooks, and a week of support after go-live.
04 — About
The goal is a system someone on your team can explain — not a black box I have to babysit.
I’m Muhammad Khizar, an independent engineer. I work with founders and operators who have outgrown duct-tape Zapier stacks but don’t want a six-month platform project.
Typical stack: n8n or custom Node, model APIs, your CRM, and whatever else is already in the building.
If you have a process that still depends on you being in the room, that’s usually the right place to start.
05 — Contact
A short note is enough: the process, the tools, and what “done” looks like. I reply within two business days.
